Carrie – The Little Dog with Flea Dermatitis
Carrie came to us from Mansfield Animal Control with some bad skin caused by flea dermatitis. This condition is caused by an allergic reaction to flea saliva. Flea allergy dermatitis causes itchiness, redness, bumps, pus-filled spots, and crusts. In severe cases, it can also result in hair loss. Luckily, Carrie has received treatment and has now been adopted into her forever home! Check out our other adoptable animals here!
