Gurdy – The Fearful Terrier
Gurdy came from a municipal animal control facility and was nearing the end of her time there.
She is a very cute girl, with long legs and wiry terrier hair. She was a very fearful terrier at the municipal shelter, and was always hiding at the back of her kennel. We were afraid she wouldn’t get adopted in the time that she had left if she didn’t get some attention and learn not to be so afraid.
Since she’s come to Animal Hope Gurdy has really opened up and has a very boisterous personality. She no longer cowers away from strangers and runs with our little dogs from the playrooms to go outside. Because she’s taller than all of the other little dogs, she thinks she’s “the big sister.”
Come down and meet Gurdy!
