Phoebe – A Dog Who Survived Being Thrown From a Vehicle
Shortly after opening our doors, we received our first rescue case. Phoebe was thrown or fell from a moving vehicle and came to us with some truly terrible injuries.
Phoebe’s right shoulder had necrotic tissue, her left forelimb contained 6-8 inches of exposed bone and her ear had internal and external trauma. Despite her injuries, her tail is always wagging to demonstrate her strong willpower to fight for her life.
